After processing the payment requests submitted on the ozaxu.com website, the image of the product is sent via WhatsApp to the number you specified in the order and after your approval, it is shipped to you.


After submitting the image, if there are any errors or omissions in the editing, it will be corrected and the final image returned and obtained for your approval.

For orders paid via credit card or wire transfer/money transfer, we cannot call the number specified in the order because we believe it is a gift for someone else. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service providers on Instagram. They are online 24/7.
After the product is prepared, it is shipped directly to the buyer's address for free.
Return and exchange
You have the right to return your order to us within 15 days after receiving it and have it changed at will, as required by law. Again, by law, shipping costs for return and exchange orders are the responsibility of the customer.
