Founded in 1760 by James Henry Creed in London England Creed began as a distinguished tailoring house that would eventually evolve into one of the world's most exclusive perfume brands.

Over the centuries Creed has cultivated a legacy of crafting bespoke fragrances for royalty celebrities and influential figures worldwide.

From its inception Creed's dedication to luxury and quality attracted a prestigious clientele including monarchs cultural icons and political leaders.

Notable figures such as Queen Victoria Frank Sinatra Michael Jackson Elvis Presley Jackie Kennedy David Beckham and more recently Michelle Obama and Laura Bush have all been captivated by Creed's signature scents.

In 1854 at the request of Empress Eugénie of France Creed relocated to Paris solidifying its status as a premier fragrance house in Europe. For the Empress Creed created the timeless fragrance Jasmin Impératrice Eugénie, a scent that remains available to this day.

By 1885 Creed had become the official perfume supplier to the British royal court designing the exquisite Fleurs de Bulgarie for Queen Victoria.

The following year Queen Maria Cristina of Spain honored Creed with a royal warrant further establishing the brand’s reputation as the fragrance of choice for European royalty.
